Refund policy

1. Introduction

At Pro Miner Wuxia Co., LTD, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and building absolute trust in our international operations. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed for our mining hardware products.


2. General Conditions

  • All shipments are made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the final price includes import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, ensuring customers receive products without additional border charges.

  • Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any irregularities within 48 hours.


3. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, modified, or used in mining operations.


4. Technical Warranty

  • All equipment includes a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products, subject to technical evaluation.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, unsuitable environmental conditions, or unauthorized modifications.


5. Return Process

  1. Customers must contact our support team at returns@prominerwuxia.com, providing the order number and reason for return.

  2. Detailed instructions for returning the product will be provided.

  3. Once the product is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.


6. Return Costs

  • Under DDP, Pro Miner Wuxia Co., LTD covers initial import duties and taxes.

  • For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is proven defective due to manufacturing issues.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after product verification.


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

  • For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are made in the same currency and network, at the market value at the time of refund.

  • Refunds are not provided for market fluctuations or profitability expectations related to mining operations.
